Only people who have purchased a course can log in to the MarketingProfs University site. When you purchase a course, you'll set up new credentials just for MarketingProfs University. If you wish, you can use the same email address and password as your MarketingProfs.com account. If you are a MarketingProfs PRO member and you use your MarketingProfs PRO email address and password to register for an MPU course, you'll save 40%.
Some courses are offered live online (with real-time Q&A opportunities) and then recorded for on demand viewing at your convenience. Other courses are just offered on demand. You can take all courses at your own pace. There is no test associated with any course.
Yes, when you complete a course you can download a Certificate of Completion that includes your name, the course name and the completion date.

Yes. MarketingProfs PRO members save at least 40% on all MPU courses. There is also a discount for taking additional courses after you complete your first MPU course. Simply use your MarketingProfs PRO email address and password or your MPU email address and password when you register to receive your discount. Most computers already have the free Flash Player from Adobe installed. But if you'd like to make sure you've got the latest version of Flash and your system will play Adobe Acrobat Connect files properly, you can run a short test here.

Yes! While we hate for you to miss out on the premiere broadcasts and live Q&A, each class presentation will be available for on-demand viewing, usually within 24 hours. Watch or re-watch at a time and place most convenient for you.
Sorry, but your MPU course registration is strictly for your individual use. You may not share your account login or password with colleagues or friends, and you may not share live broadcasts or recordings with a group. If multiple people within your department or organization are interested in taking one of our online courses, we're happy to extend group discounts. Please contact us for more information.
We're pretty sure that you'll enjoy our online training programs. That's why each of our MPU courses features a seven-day, no-risk trial period. If you need to cancel for any reason, you may do so within seven (7) calendar days of your registration for a full refund of your purchase price. If you registered for a live course prior to its premiere broadcast, you may cancel your course registration within seven (7) calendar days of the first class.
