Sarah Milstein is co-author of The Twitter Book, a frequent speaker on social media, and the former general manager and co-chair for Web 2.0 Expo conference. Sarah founded Tools of Change for Publishing (TOC), the leading conference on publishing innovation, and led development of the best-selling Missing Manual series of computer books for nongeeks. Sarah is also a regular contributor to The New York Times.
