Mark Schaefer has 30 years of global sales and marketing experience, and has been awarded seven international patents for new product ideas with Fortune 100 companies. He is a frequent keynote speaker and a marketing faculty member at Rutgers University. Mark is the author of the best-selling books The Tao of Twitter (McGraw-Hill, 2012) and Return on Influence (McGraw-Hill, 2012), and has appeared on CBS This Morning, Fox News, and MSNBC, as well as in the New York Times magazine, BusinessWeek, and Entrepreneur magazine.
