How long do I have to take a course? Is there a test?

Some classes are offered live online (with real-time Q&A opportunities) and then recorded for on demand viewing at your convenience. Other courses are just offered on demand. You can take all courses at your own pace. There are quizzes after each class, to demonstrate that you've mastered the information. Once you complete the courses and quizzes, you will receive a certificate of completion (see below).

Do I get a certificate or some other document showing I've completed the course?

Yes, when you complete a course you can download a Certificate of Completion that includes your name, the course name and the completion date.

Can I pay by invoice?

At this time, you can pay by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Are there discounts for PRO members or for people who have taken an MPU course?

Yes. MarketingProfs PRO members save at least 40% on all MPU courses. There is also a discount for taking additional courses after becoming an MPU Alum (when you enroll in your first MPU course). Simply use your MarketingProfs email address and password when you register to receive your discount. Do I need special software to view the classes?

Our courses are created in HTML5 and are SCORM compliant. They are delivered via your web browser or mobile device. In some instances, Flash Player may be necessary. Most computers already have the free Flash Player from Adobe installed. But if you'd like to make sure you've got the latest version of Flash and your system will play Adobe Connect files properly, you can run a short test here.

I'd like to take a live course, but I can't attend some class sessions. Can I watch them later?

Yes! While we hate for you to miss out on the premiere broadcasts and live Q&A, each class presentation will be available for on-demand viewing, usually within 24 hours. Watch or re-watch at a time and place most convenient for you.

Can my coworkers use my registration to take the class with me?

Sorry, but your course registration is strictly for your individual use. You may not share your account login or password with colleagues or friends, and you may not share live broadcasts or recordings with a group.

I'd like to cancel my registration. Do you have a refund policy?

Deep Dive & Quick Study Courses: We're pretty sure that you'll enjoy our online training programs. That's why each of our MPU courses features a seven-day, no-risk trial period. If you need to cancel for any reason, you may do so within seven (7) calendar days of your registration for a full refund of your purchase price. If you registered for a live course prior to its premiere broadcast, you may cancel your course registration within seven (7) calendar days of the first class. Please contact our customer service ninjas at or call (866) 557-9625 for assistance. Once you cancel, you will not be able to access the course or any course materials.

Workshops: Cancellations for a full refund permitted until 5:00 PM ET fifteen (15) business days before the start of your scheduled workshop. Cancellations from fourteen (14) to seven (7) days before the start of your scheduled workshop are refunded as rollover credit for a future workshop or for an online MarketingProfs University course, minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellations after 5:00 PM ET seven (7) days before the start of your scheduled workshop or for event no-shows.
